Default Online Coupons--Who takes them? Rules?

I am trying to think of a way to save on my food budget and I think I"m going to have to start using coupons.

I know there are lots of websites that have printable coupons. I also know many stores have restrictions on how and when and if they'll accept these coupons.

What are generally the policies of major stores regarding use of food and household product coupons?

Anyone know the policies of the following stores specifically?
    Wal-Mart
    Martin's
    Kroger

    Thanks in advance.

every store site will have their policy. Download it and take it. Many cashier need to be shown.

I think that this is largely regional. I'm in central MA and have never had a store NOT accept an internet printed coupon. A few of the store have policies now that they won't accept internet printed coupons for free items, but that's the only restriction around here.

i personally dont do it....the cost of the paper and ink sometimes outweigh the coupon itself...make sure youjust call and document the store mgr's name who said you could use it...

i have a friend who prints off 50 cent coupons...by the time she is done, she spends way more than the savings in coupons....

Unless they can be doubled...or even tripled.

Most of our local stores only started accepting internet printable coupons early this year...although we still have two or three that won't take them.
