For those of you who use many coupons on a regular basis, what is your system of organization? I generally cut them all out, separate out the ones that for products that I use and put them in my little coupon holder according to type of product. Then, depending on how much time I have, I either type up a list of the rest of the coupons that I have to trade, or if I'm pressed for time, I just count up the leftovers and trade them in potlucks.
I used to use a coupon binder (with a trading card type page) and separate them alphabetically and trade them from there. What wound up happening, though, was that all of them inevitably don't get traded and wind up being wasted.
I've been getting anywhere from 10 to 30 copies of our inserts. I cut up 5 to put in my binder and I keep the rest in a box under my desk.
I cheat and copy a preview list, then I edit it to be a list of the coupons I have. I have a web page that I transfer the list to. I don't trade as many coupons as I'd like to. I just don't make the time.
If anyone here ever needs any coupons, please feel free to email me asking for them. (please include that you know me from FV, cause I'm kind of an idiot sometimes) I agree, a lot of people wany way too much for their coupons.

I cut out the ones I use and leave the rest for a co-worker. I don't trade my coupons, just give them away to someone who needs them.
I used to use the binder method but found I like something smaller to carry around with me, so I went back to a recipe type box, and file them by category.
I have paid postage and handling for coupons with a some of you. I don't mind paying it since I know I will be saving much more at the grocery store.

I use a binder method for the coupons i use and a check organizer for the rest. I don't organize those I don't use one bit though. I usually only even cut them out when I have absolutely nothing else to do.
I send off maybe 2 envy's a month with about 45 coupons per envy...the rest I just throw away much to my horror

I usually only cut out the ones I will use or give to my sister. The rest I don't keep unless I know I've got a coupon swap of some sort in the very near future. The insert pages I don't use sometimes go to DH's grandma (who passes them to other grandkids) or wind up in the trash.
I put the coupons I'm keeping into a plastic coupon organizer by category. When I make out my list, I write on an envelope and put the coupons I'll need in the envelope. I usually take the coupon organizer with me, too, in case there's a sale item or something else I might need that I didn't put on the list.

I use a combination of a coupon binder and envelopes with each category of grocery on it. Sometimes I don't have time to file everything. My boys hate it when I decided to cut, sort and file coupons because I enlist their help!
I use a file box. I have a small box (my own coupons) divided by 2 seperate colored sections (food & all others) and a large box thingy (long and thin rectagle box with lid and metal thingy in back for adding more index cards) Have 3 sections (food, H&B & household). I also get multiple inserts and use a hanging file folder system by sorting from insert date/name of insert i.e.:Smart Source, etc.).
I don't clip unless I need to with the inserts. When I do, I have a bi-weekly 1500 all food couopn potluck to make up and certain coupons for matching with sales flyers & my own personal use and then others I know people have been looking for on other boards.
I also have my own website where I trade on a regular basis and keep the lists of coupons to trade with/for.
I use a small organizer that I bought at the dollar store. Every Sunday I cut out all the coupons and then organize them immediately. I send the ones that I won't use to the military bases overseas along with all my expired ones--I don't like seeing them go to waste.
