Every store has their own policy. Just check with a cashier or someone in customer service and they will let you know if you can use them all at once. Some of the stores here didn't used to allow more than one of the same coupon - now they do.
We are only allowed to use 4 of each coupon at ShopRite. It stinks when I have a lot for one product and a good deal, because I have to make the trip almost every day to stock up.
