im at an army base in germany, and our commissary accepts coupons 6 months past the expiration date.....

if anyone has any expired coupons they were gonna throw out, you can send them to me

i'd be clad to paypal the cost of postage

oh, i think a customs form is needed tho, and somepeople dont like to fill them out
