I have PM'd lukesmama and asked for her Blessing in starting a coupon train. She was more than happy to let me as she really wanted to get another one going.

I'm so close to Canada that I can drive there in under like 2 or 3 hrs. LOL Never thought I would ever say that - I moved from FLORIDA last October.

Pretty flexible - Each Rider on the train passes along their unwanted coupons to each other.

Every person on the train sends to the person below them on the train their unwanted coupons. They in turn take the coupons they want from the mailing, add coupons they do not want and mail a coupon packet out to the next person down on the list. There will be a Master List that I will send out to the 1st person on the list and the Master List is to be included in each mailing down the line. The master list contains the addresses and the wishes of the riders. The coupon train will start out with 50 coupons - this Train - Train #1 will contain coupons that have an expire date of 7/26 or later. The coupons should be at least good for 3 weeks - hence the expire date of 7/26 or later. Short-dated coupons can be sent but they aren't included in the 50 "good" coupons the train should contain.

This is a "Potluck" Train.....any coupons can be sent.

I will be contacting all the "Riders" on this train tomorrow evening (Tuesday) and I will be mailing out the first packet on Thursday.

There will be Train #2 Started and that packet will be mailed on Monday....and then Mondays for each Round here after.

Ok! Thanks so much! This sounds fun. I'll have to pass for now because I don't have ANY coupons. I will be saving them from now on for things like these though. I'm new to the Frugal life and usually never sign up for coupons or I usually toss them..don't ask why..I know it's silly...but I'm learning the right way now!
