    Default Baked a veggie pie

I used store bought crusts (sorry!) a can of cream of potato soup, pkg frozen mixed veggies, 2 small cooked potatoes, shredded cheese, cubed & baked tofu and some sauteed onion. It looks darker than it was but DD, the vegetarian, loved it.

Looks yummy - did baking the tofu bring a different texture to the outer edges?

Oh yeah - store bought crusts is the only way to go.

Looks good......not sure about the tofu though.
