I would think a sweet cornbread would go well. Zucchini bread, any type of spiced bunt cake.

YUM!!! We have about 150 employees so I'm going to have to watch the cost to some extent and nuts and cheese are expensive at the moment. I do however have tons of pecans stored up
so they stay good from our last trip through Georgia as they're my mom's favorite. I can't believe I've never thought to try pecan sandies as I make a bazillion other pecan things for her. I guess this is why I don't think fall/pecan connection like a lot of people because it's a mom/pecan connection all year long :grin:
As for the carmel apple cheesecake Nuisance, which sounds awesome, if not for work then at the very least for home, this is the response I got when I clicked on the link,
which gave me a definate chuckle. I'll dig a bit more on the food network site later though and see if I can find it.

Oh darn you all are making me have to make Pecan Sandies now I have a craving. Can dig out an old cookbook or does anyone have a tried and true they would share? Pretty please.
