    I have some vegetarian rennet. I wonder if it would work....I'll just have to try it and see!

    O.K. This may seem obvious to people. Where to you buy "rennet". I've never heard of it before.

    That is so cool! I've only made paneer before, it will be fun to try cultured cheese! they even have a feta recipe!!!! thanks for posting it!
