Not sure if this has been posted, but here goes:

    Crockpot chicken and stuffing

    1 box stuffing mix, prepared
4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of mushrooms (3 to 4 ounces or more)

Prepare the stuffing as directed. Layer the stuffing in the bottom of a greased crockpot. Place the chicken pieces on top. Chicken can overlap some, but try to arrange with as little overlap as possible. If there is room, you could use more chicken. On top of the chicken, pour 1 can of cream of chicken soup, or you could use cream of mushroom, or cream of celery, whatever you like.

Just don't add the liquid the soup can says to use. Add the mushrooms. Be sure to stir the mushrooms around a little so they are coated with the soup.

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

    4-6 frozen chicken breasts
    1 cup Italian dressing
    8 oz sour cream

Put chicken breasts in crockpot with Italian dressing until done. (I cook mine for 6-8ish hours). Remove chicken (keep warm) and stir sour cream into dressing to make sauce. Delicious serves with pitas or over rice.

we make this ground beef/sausage/tortellini pasta dish that i love!

i'm not good with measurements...i just do what feels right.

--some chopped onion, not too much
    --1 chopped zucchini
--a couple cans of spicy (or not spicy if you don't like spicy) tomato sauce
--about a pound of cooked ground beef
--a few links of spicy italian sausage (or not spicy)

throw in the crockpot and cook on low for a few hours, until onions are soft.

about a half hour before serving add the tortellini. (or you can cook the tortellini separate and top with meat sauce.)

    that's six ingredients!

you can add more veggies if you want and s&p to taste.

    Default Crock Porridge

This has been my staple lately. I only have a 2qt crock so you might want to scale it up.

    45g Brown Rice
    45g Millet
    65g Lentils
    227g Frozen Mixed Vedge
4-5 cups of water depending on how thick you want it.
    Season to your liking

Cook on low overnight and tada. I have been eating that for many breakfasts & lunches. Best thing is the raw ingredients cost 0.94 before I started buying in bulk.

Trailer Trash Pot Roast (Soooo good! Another version on the coke roast, just a few more ingredients.)

    3 tablespoons olive oil
1 3-4 pound beef chuck roast
Salt and pepper for seasoning roast
1 can Coca Cola (classic Coke)
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup mix
    1 bottle Heinz Chili Sauce
2 medium onions, peeled and quartered
4 carrots, scrubbed and roughly chopped into 1 to 2-inch chunks

    Preheat oven to 300 F.

Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Season roast with salt and pepper and sear the meat until browned on both sides, about a minute or two per side. Remove from heat.

Stir Coke and onion soup mix together in a bowl. Whisk in chili sauce.

Pour Coke mixture over the chuck roast, scraping up any brown bits on the bottom of the pot. Cover and bake for 1 hour.

Add the onions and carrots to the roast, cover and continue baking for another 2-3 hours, until meat and vegetables are fork tender.

My family's favorite veggie beef soup - Brown one pound of ground beef and put it in the crock pot. Add one jar of spaghetti sauce and 2 cans of mixed veggies (don't drain them!) Throw in a bit of brown sugar if you want to cut the acidity in the sauce. Heat until warmed through. So simple!

When I make a beef roast, I just throw it in the crock pot and cook it on low till dinner. I don't add anything, not even water.

Btw, when I was a kid, my parents were divorced. On one of our visits with mom, my brothers and I asked her to take dad's crock pot away because he was always cooking beans in it.

    I love my crock pot.

This is a good blog. I have her cookbook.
