crock pot taco soup
1lb of ground meat (turkey, beef) I have a friend that used pulled pieces of chicken
taco seasoning
onions (diced)
3 cups chicken broth (of 3 cups water and 3 boulion cubes)
2 can diced tomatoes
2 cans of any beans (i just made some pintos the night before)
1 can of corn (although next time i am going to try homily)
1 pk of dried hidden valley ranch
The meat must be cooked first, (some times I do a big bunch in crockpot, drain and then put in freezer bags)
then add taco seasoning, and onions (if you want it soon, you can sautee the onions so they arent raw)
at this point add all to the crockpot.
stir, turn on low for 8 hours or more, or high for 3-4
serve this on top of crumble tortillas, and grated cheese...
it tastes so much better as the days go by.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I did..

I have made this and love it.
And this freezes absolutely beautifully....think it gets better in the freezer!
I have also used half hamburger and half sausage and it was delish!!
