    Talking Crock-Pot Chicken and Herb Stuffing

    Chicken and Stuffing, Crock-Pot Style

    1 1/4 cups hot water
    1 8oz pkg of herb stuffing
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast


    1. Place chicken breasts in crockpot.

    2. Pour and spread cream of chicken soup over the chicken.

    3. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter with the water and add the stuffing. Pour this over the chicken and soup.

    4. Cover and bake on low for 4 hours.

    Serves 4 to 6

    sounds great, and so simple too. I think i will give it a try soon. Heck, I bet you could do it with leftovers from thanksgiving too...

    I'm gonna have to wait a bit to try this one since hubby and dd have declared they can't possibly eat any more stuffing for a while, but this does sound wonderful and super easy.

    Maybe I will try it sometime after Christmas.

    Bumping this one up because it is *so* good! I made it in the oven last night (covered) at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.

    I know it says Chicken Breasts, but can ya use Chicken Cutlets as well? This sounds Yummmmmy
