    I bet I can use this recipe for that pork shoulder roast I have in the freezer... what do you ladies think? Yum!

    Oh yeah, this recipe sounds like a winner!

    I looked around a bit and the recipe for the Mushroom Pork Tenderloin also caught my eye and made my mouth water, LOL.

    Sounds like a winner to me! Just adjust the cooking time. Please let me know how it turns out cause I have a pork shoulder in the freezer. This may be on my Christmas dinner menu.
