This is not a meal, but a great way to help keep the kitchen cool - bake your potatoes in the crockpot. Just wash them and wrap each one in foil. Put in the crockpot with no water and cook on high for 3 or 4 hours, 8 or so hours on low - it depends a bit on how big they are.
I've also done sweet potatoes this way.
A great way to have those potatoes with your grilled meal without heating up the kitchen.
