Default Favorite summer time crockpot meals?

I don't know what's wrong with my brain since my mom died...honestly. I can not think of things to cook anymore. So I'm here asking for your fave summer time crockpot meals as I'm also having a laziness in the kitchen problem as well. Please give me some ideas....Gripey will really appreciate it

i dont have alot of fav., i try many differnt kinds of things since I got mine last year at the yard sale. Mostly i make my own versions of casseroles, or soups.
Turkey/ chk soup always has summer savoury in it with cooked onions.
Hamburger casserole has , potatoes, frozen veggies, tom. soup or diced canned tom, with taco seasoning or onion soup mix.
Hamburger soup also similar except more liquids.
BbQ chicken wings, pork chops etc, most meats i use BBQ sauce or amke HM version of Sweet and sour sauce.

Pork Roast: Toss in a pork roast, pour a can of regular Pepsi or Coke (not diet) over it, and add in a can of cream of mushroom soup. It sounds weird, but tastes great. Serve with mashed potatoes and a veggie.

I recently discovered this one: http://www.recipezaar.com/70412 . It's called Crockpot Chicken Pizza... basically chicken breasts cooked in tomato sauce with pepper and onions. I served it over spaghetti squash. It was wonderful & really different.

Another new favorite: Chicken for the Gods http://www.recipezaar.com/204668. It's chicken breasts that are browned (flour, dry mustard, etc) , then cooked all day in rice soup... it's SO good!! You can also do pork chops that way. I serve it with rice and steamed veggies.

I just love to cook bbq chicken thighs, they fall off the bone or boneless ribs in the crockpot. I like to throw them on the grill for a couple of minutes to finish them off. I cook rice and a veggie...mm mm good! In fact the ribs are cooking now!

Here is my favorite crockpot recipe source. I love this site.

    http://www.cookingcache.com/cat/crockpot_recipes

I have a 6 qt and a 3 qt crockpot. I use the 6 qt for meats, soups and stews, and the 3 qt for casseroles and desserts.

Amy I make one that is a lot like this recipe except it takes salsa instead of the taco seasoning. It is yummy.

Here's a recipe that I got from my Hawaiian friend for Kahlua(sp?) Pig and it's fantastic. Throw pork butt (or another cheap pork cut), 2 tbs liquid smoke and some coarse sea salt into a crock pot. She adds a ham hock, but you don't have to. She puts it on low for 8hrs and then shreds the pork. She serves it over rice or you can put it into a bun for sandwiches.

My guys love this. I just made it last night! Chicken wings in crock pot with a bottle of Jack Daniel's BBQ Sauce! Set it on low for 6 hours. They are soooo tender and juicy.

I made a crock pot dinner yesterday that was really good. I put some beef stew meat, chopped up carrots, onions, potatoes and a little bit of celery (just the tops, we had celery sticks for a snack the day before and I saved the tops in the freezer), then I sprinkled in some salt, pepper and a dash of garlic powder. I poured in a few cups of tomato juice and a few cups of chicken broth. Then let it cook for about 8 hours. It was really yummy!

All that was left after everyone ate was the juice with a few carrots, so before I turned the crockpot off, I threw in a few handfulls of egg noodles and let them cook for abotu 10 minutes. Then today I had tomato noodle soup for lunch. It had little bits of the beef in it and was really good.

I made Crockpot Burritos: http://www.recipezaar.com/8654 last night and they were DELICIOUS!!!! Even my picky kids enjoyed it!! I did it with a small roast, a packet of taco seasoning, a can of Rotel tomatoes (has the chilies in it already) and a small onion. Cooked it for about 6 hours on low...and it just fell apart.. this recipe is a keeper for sure!!

I tried a new recipe today that was great

    Kielbasa potato hot dish
slice thinly 4 (peeled) large baking potato
    1 T garlic
    1T onion powder
    1/2 t pepper
    dash salt
1 lb kielbasa cut into small chunks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 soup can milk

    cook on low 6-8 hours

I had about 1 c of leftover mashed potatos so I threw those in also. It was a big hit. It was like a thick stew.
