When I come across a task or chore that will take forever, I find the best thing to do is split it up.
    for example with your forms...
Lets say there are 11 forms. PLAN on getting 2 forms done tonight. If they go quickly and you still feel calm, cool and collected, tackle another. But don't set your goal so high that you get worried weather or not you will finish.

Good advice Rcannon! It will all come together & you'll wonder why you thought it was so complicated..just take a deep breath & relax and then take things one step at a time!!!!

Someone at dave's site gave me a excel spreadsheet that does everything his forms do I absolutely love it. I do understand though I still do the allocated forms every month on paper first because i just love to see it all come together.

You did the right thing walking away from it for awhile and going to bed. I find when something like that frustrates me, I will stop and take a break for awhile. For instance, this sometimes happens when I'm balancing the checkbook and can't find why I'm off. When I come back to it with a fresh perspective I always find the mistake.

The spreadsheet sounds like the way to go, and your leader should be able to help too. Hang in there, it will be worth it in the end! You'll get there!
