Default DR is really starting to piss me off...

I just have to get this off my chest as it is bothering me more and more.

Dave Ramsey gives some solid financial advice for getting out of debt and building wealth. And this content of his radio show is fine with me and quite informative.

But whenever someone brings up health care he always has to start some big rant about socialism. This annoys me but I have been able to put up with it...

Today he want so far as to say we are on our way to communism.. and that really hit a nerve.

I believe we need health care reform and the speech the President gave last night gave a good groundwork for the direction we need to go that embraces the free market and capitalism while making universally available.

I really wish those who disagree with certain facets of the proposal would QUIT SPREADING FEAR.

Fear makes people do stupid irrational things. Knowledge does quite the opposite. I wish he would spend more time giving a thoughtful, knowledgeable critique instead of throwing around more fear.

I will now get off my soapbox.

All I have to say *here* about it is - his show, his soap box.
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.

Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"
