The terms say that you'll be notified either by email or cell phone and you have an option to receive weekly updates to your cell phone. You might have noticed that on the form, the only required fields are your cell phone and your email, so my guess would be the cell phone number is how they'll sort and identify entries. For example, the winning entry might be 614-XXX-XXXX, rather than Bill from Columbus, Ohio.
Their privacy policy says they're not going to sell or share your personal information and it won't be used for anything other than what it's asked for specifically.
I'm not one to hand out my information freely, but I feel comfortable with turning in my information.Use of Information
