    Default Go figure!

    We were at the Marine Corps Birthday Ball last night and I got to talking with one of the other ladies in attendance. We had never spoken before, but our husbands work together. Guess what? They are Dave Ramsians, too! They want to do a financial peace session through their church and need "interested parties" so of course I said sign me up!

    Amazing where you can meet like minded people.

    yay! ...............
    11% gross to retirement
    10% takehome to tithe and offerings
    emergency fund maintained at 3000(works for me)
    credit card debt 7500
    mortgage free
    freedom accounts/sinking funds that ebb and flow
    then live on the rest!

    i am trying something new. LDS church advises savings or debt repayment should be the same as the tithe. 10% each.
