Default We are almost to the end!!!!

At least of Baby Step 2... We have been saving a larger EF for quite a while with our move from another state, settling in, and getting job stuff sorted out with my dh. But it's settling, and we're ready to go back to our $1000 EF to kick the rest of these debts. As it stands now, at the end of March we'll have enough to completely pay off our car loan and the Sallie Mae student loan, plus a few thousand extra. With our tax refund (which is way huge this year with the purchase of our house - house credit - and a few other credits they're giving away this year), we can also pay off the other student loan from Wells Fargo!!! WOO-HOO!!!! We will have one more student loan after that, my dh's, which his parents pay every month (they write us a check and we pay the bill - but they've been paying nearly double every month than the minimum, so it has less than $4,000 on it now). We are planning to pay it off for them, adding in our extra money every month to get it gone for them (they're retired and don't need this extra burden on them).

Anyway, it feels so good to see the light!!!!!!!! Thank you, Dave Ramsey!!!!! And all of you for being helpful and supportive and encouraging to get us here!!!! And especially praising God for the multitude of blessings He is showering upon us here in our new home. I mean, WOW!
