I didn't realize they took into consideration the amount of money on the cards. That's good to know. Definitely need to work hard to get out of debt.

Just an update!
I was reading some tips online for saving money and someone had said cash in your rewards on your credit card. So I looked at mine and I have 60 dollars in rewards, so that means I won't go negative!!!!! I am so happy about this! Not that I racked up that money in the first place, but thankfully I don't have to add negative charges to my list of things to pay.
I called and cancelled cable today! Not sure how DH will feel about it. We talked about it last night and he said he was fine with it but he kept saying maybe we could just downgrade, but he left it up to me. So he might be a little disappointed when he gets home.
I did the budget for next paycheck. Looks like we will have around 500 after bills so I am trying to figure out how to get the most out of that money when it comes to groceries and gas and other misc things like diapers. I want to put as much up as possible for the baby emergency fund.
I also lowered some prices on craigslist so maybe I will get some buyers. Also should be getting 10 paypal bucks for cashing in my swagbucks.
Anyway, just wanted to type that all out. It feels good to have it all written out in one place.

I can't say for sure what they take into account. I do know they look for two things when they look at your finances. Unexplained affluence, and/or money problems. If you're deeply in debt, you are much more likely to consider doing illegal things for money than someone who is financially secure. I don't know if you have to be behind in your bills for them to raise an eyebrow.
On your credit reports, they have all the ages of your accounts listed along with your credit available and your credit balance. If you haven't looked at your reports lately I'd check them just to see what they see when the look. (I think, but I'm not sure, that NCIS does the security clearances.)~Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.~

I know this may not help the credit score much, but remember the priorities should be housing, utilities, food and transportation. THEN comes all the other bills.
