We don't have blow money either, but we have budget line items for haircuts, eating out, clothing, and so on. We actually have an "Entertainment" line item that gets 5 cents per week LOL (more of a placeholder than anything else, obviously).

Interesting thread, more for how budgeting is done rather than how much is budgeted.
When we first married, we allowed each of us $5 a month. I rarely used mine, but Hubs used up all of his. I've never been much of a shopper.
Now we are at the point where it's not in the budget at all. It's not because we don't blow a little money now and then, but because our desires have changed with age and experience, and because living debt free is more important. So we each blow some money each month, but it just seems easy to keep it within reason and not worry about it.Spiritual:

Debt free, hoping to stay that way!

We don't have any blow money, either. Anything we would buy is already budgeted into the month, so there's really no need for it. We're on Baby Step #3 and haven't had blow money for like 3 years now. We just don't like to "blow" money, anyway. We're very frugal.
