We just had a similar thread about online accounts.
I've had an ING for a couple of years now. The only catch, it takes a few days for the deposits and withdrawals to process - so you're unlikely to get money the same day.

I have an ING account and love it! I have never had any problems, but it does take a few days for money to be deposited into your account.

I love mine too! I've had it for over 2 years. I also have an Orange checking and an IRA through them. I had one glitch with the checking a few months back, but it was taken care of in a timely manner.

ING was recommended to me by my financial advisor. I've had only excellent service with them. You can easily call and talk to a real person. I've only done business with them via the telephone.

I like that there are no minimum balance required. I had to drain my ING accounts to cover some bills.

I'm so confident with ING and the rate of return that I let them hold $120,000 in various CDs, savings, etc.
So.. nuf said.
They are fair in the rate of return as well as their cost to finance.
Unlike big banks. KWIM?

I have my emergency fund in ING because it earns good interest and is easy enough for me to get to but as it has no card attached to the account I can't just send from it willy nilly.
Here is oz we don't have any problems with transfer delays, it takes a while for my money to appear at ING but when I transfer it back it happens overnight.
I couldn't be happier with them and will open annother one to save in once the debts are paid off and the emergency fund is full for a full 6 months
