    Default loan program

I have a loan program for Excel but I can not attach it.
PM me your email address if you want it.

This file is done in Excel, not by me though.
You can enter your amount, % and number of years.. all the typical stuff.
What I like about this is you can go to the amortization tab and enter accelerated payments. This is really useful for those of you using the snowball method.
Save each loan as a file, enter your snowball amount at the month/year you are scheduled to begin it.

Its really neat to see when your loans will be paid off.
Let me know if you have any questions.

For those without excel, www.bankrate.com offers a series of calculators you can use to determine a lot of info, including what early payoff will save you in interest.
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.

Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"
