I dont think that's a valid MLS ID. Can you check again?

Or - whats the address of the property?
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.

Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

Greebo you did it! Yes that is the house. We are going for it.... Saturday we take a final tour and submit an offer. Sweatin bullets here but it feels good like we're going forward. Just hope it doesn't get snapped up. And one point of good news is a single guy my dh works with called and wants to come look at our present house tomorrow says it's in his price range and he doesn't currently own a home so this could be the stars lining up! (we'll see)

I am glad you are going for it, I mean it's not very often a dream can be fulfilled.

Thanks all, just put the offer in -- now for the hard part - selling our home and getting the offer accepted. Oh well, if it's meant to be it will be, trying not to get too emotionally involved. I'm glad to hear you're doing it too Tracy!

    Any update on the house?

What about renting your current house??? Could you still qualify with out a '1 years rental contract'?

Craigslist is a great place all over the country to freely put a listing to rent your house, sell stuff etc..It is used a Ton in big cities, and even in smaller cities more and more.

You'd be surprised what you can get qualified for even now-a-days with credit issues as long as you have a good credit score.

Also another thing to think about.... lets say your house now is 15,000 under market value sold, well your new house is 30,000 under market value bought by you...whats the big deal????
Often if you are upgrading to a larger house then this IS a good market to do it in. It just depends where you are located..
