looking for an IRS form
I can't find this form on the IRS website. Me and my ex husband are suppose to trade off years that we claim our daughter. My ex husband gave me permission to claim her this year even though it's his year.
I know there is a form on the website that my ex can sign giving me permission. I need this in writing so my ex can't change his mind and screw me.

lol not to sound horrible but my ex hasn't heard about this "form". I'm supposed to claim my daughter yearly on tax returns, I let my ex claim her every other year as long a he was up to date on child support. He never realized that I could easily claim her yearly and show proof that i'm allowed... not that i ever would! anyway,I can't find it either. I just went through it alphabetically and didn't see one that would relate. Hope someone finds it!
