Default New Feature on Discover Card Website

When I got on the Discover Card website to pay my bill this morning, I saw a feature I hadn't noticed before. I believe they call it "Spend Analyzer". You click on it & can see where you have been using your Discover card by categories, such as grocery stores, warehouse clubs, medical, gasoline, etc... You can check for a month, a year, or up to two years. There are graphs to show the fluctuation of your spending. I love this because I use my Discover card almost exclusively. I only use another card when they don't take Discover. I charge absolutely everything. Also if you sign up , they have a featured group every few months that you get 5% instead of 1% cash back. Don't panic, I pay off the entire balance every month. I use the card to earn the cash back bonus, then I redeem my bonus for gift cards that give me an additional amount. I just got Red Lobster gift cards, $45.00 gift card for $40.00. It's not huge, but I get a kick out of it!

Anyway, if you use Discover, check it out!

    Don't you love that feature.

American Express Blue Cash has the same thing and you can
even set a goal of how much cash you would like to have
rebated to you at the end of the year by how much you spend.

Like you, we too pay it off monthly and charge everything
imaginable on this card. I just pray they don't put an end to
these programs. Every little bit helps.

I use Mint.com and link all my accounts together. It is really interesting to see the overview of input and output.

I saw that this morning as well, but I didn't have time to check it out.
