    Question "The Six-Day Financial Makeover"

by Robert Pagliarini. Anyone read this book? What did you think? I'm looking at it right now (from the library). Wondering if it's worth my time. We're five years from retirement. I don't see it as having a lot of applicability at this point in our lives...but maybe I'm wrong??? Any BTDT experience?

Never heard of him, but I recommend Dave Ramsey and his TMMO book.

However, I don't know what your situation is.... are you looking at getting rid of debt? Or are you looking for safe investments?

I guess safe investments...no debt here. It seems Paglianini talks a lot about passive and active income. He seems keen on being financially independent (don't have to go to work another day in your life). Well, DH will get there when he retires. lol I dunno. Doesn't look like the book for me. I'll browse it, but I think we're too old/far along in our life stage to follow this method...

Can you see if the library has a copy that you could read? Never hurts to read more material even if you don't end up following this persons advice.

LOL! You're onto me. I have a library copy sitting on my coffee table right now.
