mail
Anyone noticing less junk mail these days from CC companies? We both used to get 3 or 4 offers daily. Now we may get that weekly. I like it. The one thing I am noticing is more mail from insurance companies trying to get us to switch.

I actually have noticed an increase in CC for us, but it might just vary for different people. We got one today for a Carnival Cruiselines Visa.

I had my SSN and personal data on one of those laptops that went missing a few years back ... remember those scandals? As a side effect of that I qualified to have a security alert put on my credit rating, which means nobody is supposed to send credit card offers to me. I got off everyone's list in a hurry! Doesn't affect my credit, though.
So, no I haven't been getting any offers at all in years.

We aren't getting as much....but then again I think they might have gotten tired of me shredding them and sending them back in the prepaid envelopes.

We get the same amount of offers as we have in the past. They make for food for my paper shredder.

I have noticed a big drop. I can't remember the last time I got one. Maybe somehow they know that we don't own any and are not going to get one.

I dont think I have gotten any junk mail in a long time. Maybe companies are figuring out they waste too much money by sending out a ton of offers all the time? i dont know but i like it.

We haven't seen a change. We got two CC offers in the mail yesterday. What a waste.
