Is anyone considering buying an electric scooter or electric car?
If so what do you have a particular make or model (dependable of course) in mind?
I am looking for something in the 60 - 70 mile range to go green in for work
Thanks in advance

Hi,
My DH is thinking of buy me a scooter for next spring/summer, so I go to town a do all the errand I have to do during the week for less the gas mileage. Also we be look into get a VW baja a convert it into a veggie oil car. The down side to that is smelling like french fries maybe... he said the new kits out there that help with the smell.
Good luck with whatever you buy!!!

We had a scooter for three years for traveling around the local area. It was great. It wasn't electrical but the gas only costed us $4-5 a month. That included Hubby going back and forth to school during the week. Insurance wasn't very much either. When we moved back overseas we sold it. If we needed another bit of transportation, I would get another one.

DH and I were thinking of getting one and while the gas mileage is great it's coming up with the money for one. This might be in our future or mine shall I say, but not anytime soon. Let us know which one you get and your review of it.
