    Default Mortgage Modification

    Does anyone have any experience with modifications? I am filling out the paperwork to have Flagstar modify my loan. Any advise would be great. Thanks

    I would just say read everything and ask questions if you don't understand something. And make sure you know exactly what you are signing. Its hard to tell you anything more without specifics.
