Had our garage sale today....
and we made $260!!!!! That money will be going to the bank on Monday and then onto the debt. I am so excited!! There are a few things left that we will be taking to the thrift store and a few other things that I will be posting at an online garage sale. Hopefully they will sell too.

I have never had a garage sale before but I am so glad we had it. It is so exciting having that found money for debt. Usually we just send the stuff to one of the charities.

Congrats.........and if you have Craig's List you might give that a try before you head to the charity with it......could be a few more bucks if priced right.

I haven't found a craigslist for our area, but we do have 4 garage sale groups on facebook for our town and a yahoo group for our town. So most of the stuff will be posted on there for a week or two and then taken to the charity if it doesn't sell.
