The snowball is growing!
Just paid off my stupid capital one personal loan. YAY!!!
Can't wait for my next paycheck to start the next bill. I figure by my second paycheck in October I should be starting the downhill slide on the other side of the mountain (over 50% of debt paid). I'm so happy I could cry!
Never in a million years would I have thought a year ago that I could be where I am now. Thank you FV, a constant source of inspiration!

If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.
Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

I'm at 44.9%. So close! I'm glad to be rid of the capital one loan I just paid off. It was a high monthly payment, which was good in a way, but bad in that it tied up a lot of monthly income. I'm hoping with that out of the way things will really roll along now!
