The things I won't miss...
This could be fun..
think of the things from 2009 you don't have to deal with anymore... and then make a list of things you can look forward to not missing next year..
This year I will not miss...
Chase Bank (yes, I hate them more than the IRS)
IRS Audits
Citibank
Fifth Third Bank
Capital One
Crappy landlords
Having to carry my bike up three flights of stairs
American Express
Discover
School District Income Tax
Jackass neighbor
And I am looking forward to NOT Missing
Bank of America (I was done them!!! Then they bought my mortgage.)
TimeShare Finance Company
Sallie Mae
Private Mortgage Insurance
Life without a full EF
Back Pain
Obesity (I've lost almost *50* pounds since I started.)
AFLAC
Blood pressure medication

Story of my life. In 2007 we had 78000 worth of debt, and we climbed out under it, on top of paying for a surgery with cash, bought a house, had a foundation shift and $11000 in repairs later we are good to go.. then I hear the words "I'm pregnant!"

Preston, your list is awesome! But what's with the name "Fifth Third Bank"? Weird name......
OK. I won't miss:
1. trying to sell our house, and cleaning it and washing windows every day so that it would look nice.
2. buying a new house
3. packing and moving after 30 years in one place
4. The constant trips out of state to care for aging parents (we now live by them!)
5. the paperwork hassle of moving
I am looking forward to not missing:
1. the inept kitchen in this new house
2. the electrical and plumbing problems of this new house
But really, life is good for us. I just accept that there always speed bumps. But I don't want to be the one who created my own bumps!!!Spiritual:

Financial:
Debt free, hoping to stay that way!

1. Keep on writing.
2. Get some balance in my life.
3. Lose weight. Hopefully 5# this year. (9.5 pounds right now! Yay, Me!!)
4. Continue to be looking for how God wants to use me this year.

some things i won't miss:
all the clothes in my closet that i never wore anyway...(this includes all the shoes, accessories, jewelry, etc....)...
all the x-tra clutter lying about the house that was doing nothing but collecting dust...
all the unfinished projects that were started and never completed...
all the opened & multiple duplicates of hba's under the bathroom sink that i finally got around to using up...
all the food that we never liked anyway sitting in the cabinets waiting to go bad...
all the x-tra food in the freezer getting freezer burned....
all the lost precious time spent wandering around the stores trying to find 'more' things to fill my life up with...
all the stress that comes with having 'too much'.....(wish that was a problem of too much money...i would be willing to live with all the stress..lol)...
3 credit card payments.....
my financial house being dis-organized...(i knew exactly what was going on, however if i died it would be a mess for someone else)...
the high utility bills coz i let everything 'suck' the kw's ....
the dryer coz i have taken to line drying....
the riding lawnmower that sits parked in the shed coz i moved to using the push-mower again (and its an acre lawn...whew...)
all the mean, dirty tenants that have moved on out of my life...
things i am looking forward to missing:
the rest of the mean, dirty tenants moving on out of my life...(dis-claimer: i do have a few good ones that i absolutely love)...
more shopping of course...
water coz i have the most wonderful, bountiful garden growing and it needs to be watered...
the need to purchase lots of gasoline coz i will be riding my moped the majority of the nice weather...
the high utility bill coz i continue to kick the utility co's butt...
the few x-tra lbs that i have grabbed hold of for dear life to keep me warm in a 50 degree house all winter....

This year I won't miss:
- Living in a small 1 1/2 bedroom condo
- Having most of my belongings boxed up in my future MIL's basement
- Having to have my kitty cat at my mom's because we were selling
- buying real estate
- my old "bad credit" CC - although I still contend it was worth it in some regards
- having to park outside
This year I am looking forward to not missing:
- my single status
I'm sure there is more than that but, that's such a biggie I want to let it speak for itself.

I can't even come up with an actual list.
For 2009, I don't miss a sometimes difficult supervisor who moved
For 2010, I can't really think of anything that needs to go. I'll just have to wait and see what happens.Donna

I am about to kiss my car payment goodbye this year.
Just three or under three months payments left in 2010 and I think when I send in my last "coupon loan stub thing" I will put my lips on it with red lipstick to US bank to say..."thanks and goodbye, you was nice when you lasted, but don't take it personal but you cost too much and wasn't worth what I thought you would put out."

Things I won't miss:
- wedding planning (loved the wedding, was glad when it was done though)
- dating (I guess this was more of a 2008 thing but I had just started dating my husband after Christmas last year, so once we got engaged, my dating days were over -- whew!)
- facing uncertainty -- life is finally going in a reasonable direction now.
Things I look forward to not missing:
- working! Mat leave begins in May!
- pregnancy -- it hasn't been too bad, but I have had enough trouble to look forward to it being over
- apartment-living -- we're looking to rent a house in July
- our crappy cars -- both are shot, so we are planning to sell them both and get some more family-friendly vehicles.
- credit card debt -- our goal is to pay all 4 off and keep one
