Default Lets do the two step dance...

One step forward and two steps backwards square dance with the MURPHY as my partner. We were making great strids of getting out of debt and then it all hits at once. May DD hit a deer with my jeep ($4,000.00) damage with have a $500.00 deductible. A week latter my DH husband truck broke down we are waiting to hear from the garage on the wonderful bad news on that bill... Land taxes arrived another $1,500.00. THEN for the final last dance step my DH maybe facing LAYOFF... So now who wants to become murphy dancing partner I am done with him.

He must have snuck out of our spare bedroom to visit you. I sure hadn't missed him. He must have left instructions with his partner.

Especially sorry about the possible lay off. I definitely feel for you. All of it's bad but the lay off....I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

A BIG no, no, no, no on that one! That's one dance partner I will not be pairing with...lol! Send him out and don't let the back door hit him in the behind...lol!

But really sorry about all you guys are going thru. Also, I agree with Niko, and hope so much that the lay off especially, doesn't happen. It may not say much, but we're all here for you to lend an ear and wipe a tear.

Hope you find your way out of this, and the sooner the better!

I just got off from the phone with the garage and it is going to cost $ 1,400.00 to get the truck fixed. Come on tax returns... Thank you everyone for the hugs.

Good news for all of you: he crossed the ocean to dance with me!

Friday our car broke down, needed a new battery and dynamo/magneto: $350
Saturday dh lost his housekeys: replacement would cost around $130
Monday our tv broke down; it's the 3rd repair in 18 months! Still under warranty, but dh will try to get it replaced instead of repaired.
This morning we found dh's carkeys; I guess Murphy was distracted for a second.....
This morning at work I dropped a full cup of tea on original, signed contracts. Luckily, they were ours and not the ones to send to the counterparties, but still.

I'm done dancing the twostep! I only like salsa!!

Well Murphey just spun us around one more time last night. Now it is college books at $500.00 for DD. I know that we can rent them alot cheaper but the only thing I am going to say is she is my step daughter...
