My hubby is really showing me up!!!
He is becoming more frugal than I am!!!
First we needed to pay some bills and DH suggested we sell our bedroom set because one, I think its to big, and two I wanted to buy newer stuff when we can. So we sold it for $425 bucks!
Then DH has been REALLY wanting an itouch for so long now, but been so patient. He was talking about being he really wants one but does not want to spend the money trading someone his xbox for it.
Well today, he did just that. Traded his xbox and games, for a new itouch!
Yey for DH!!! Being more frugal than me!!!

Just remember the old saying..."Behind every great man, there stands a great woman"! I'm sure you would agree?

Haha! Pat your hubby on the back from us. We're proud of him!

Reminds me of the joke I heard at FPU this weekend. When Bush, Sr., was in office, his wife noted that a gasoline attendant was someone she had known from high school. Bush made a comment about how it could have been possible that his wife had ended up with the gasoline attendant and not First Lady. She quickly and wittily replied in earnest, "Oh, don't be silly. If I had married him, he'd be President right now."

You guys getting together on these subjects is going to to make you two UNSTOPPABLE!
That's AWESOMEIf you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.
Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"
