LOL Life is ironic...I'm the one out of job however my former co-worker who did more then 1/2 of those things is still there. *wonders: Maybe I didn't want to be with that type of company anymore?*

I love articles like this that try to give sound advice, but instead of state the obvious.. I can't believe anybody would really do any of that stuff. Until I read stuff like this while excessively surfing the net at work.

Story of my life. In 2007 we had 78000 worth of debt, and we climbed out under it, on top of paying for a surgery with cash, bought a house, had a foundation shift and $11000 in repairs later we are good to go.. then I hear the words "I'm pregnant!"
