Doh! After carefully reading, it looks like the 0% interest loan is on the tractor for $2672.00. (I first thought you owed on the tractor + construction loan + a credit card.)
Now, if I'm reading the OP correctly, the 0% is the tractor debt. Pay it off, in full. Then start saving the money you would normally be spending on the monthly payment for the tractor.
