    Default Request for Debt Validation

    I have requested a Debt Validation from a Collection Agency, It has been 3 weeks and I recieved a letter from the Agency stating that they request the information from Capital One.

    How long do they have ? I am going to send a folllow up on the 30th day, to tell them I am still waiting... Any thoughts
