We heard from our realtor tonight. The paperwork's being sent to him and everything looks like it's in order!

We have a tentative date to look at new places on the weekend of the 18th. Now I get to do my hurried dance...

Yeah, it's going to be so hectic. I doubt we'll get the new house by then. We're looking more at having everything finalized probably the week between Christmas and New Years. But to have a large majority of the Christmas cash given to us then? Yep, that's gonna keep us really busy.

The realtor's coming over today with the final paperwork that we needed. I'm contacting the mortgage broker on Monday (actually, he told me he'd call me) and now, I get to plow through my list of things to do in about 13 days. It's not so bad, as long as I take a deep breath and do things in an orderly fashion.
