It's still hitting me. It makes me feel like I'm an adult (even though I don't feel that way usually) and that I'm all sorts of responsible. But with the excitement now comes the task of finding a new place to live. I've already started crossing things off of my list and contacting people about the move. I expect the next three weeks to be full of lots of busy times, but I'm so excited!

That is great. Wow, the price difference in Calgary is amazing. A house just went up for sale across the street for 399K.

Hahaha, thanks for reminding me that I'm -that- much closer to touching a polar bear.

Yeah this part isn't as bad as, say, Forest Lawn or Dover or Erin Woods. However, the prices are still pretty low. I remember looking at all four quadrants of the city and I was astounded at the price differential.
Since the conditional sale went through, we've been looking at more houses in Edmonton. We have our list narrowed down to four or five now. We're just waiting on the financing to finish on the buyer's end.Wife to DH since 10/31/2002!
