    Default cc #1 1/2 way there!

    So my 1st (aka-most hated) credit card is halfway paid off!
    And with the plan I am working will be PIF by April!

    It's really great to be in this situation where even though I spent more than anticipated last week (2 birthdays plus a jaunt to NOLA for Mardi Gras) I still have enough to put an extra $1300 towards my cc!

    Praise to ING direct for being able to set up a savings account for CC Payoff and direct deposit every Friday into it so that it's there waiting when the payment day rolls around!

    I've found the halfway mark to be a little dangerous as I have already made the big first payment but it seems sooooo long to pay off the rest of it BUT time goes fast and if you have it all automated, that makes it FAR easier.
