Recommend a Gas Card and Prepaid CC?

I'm not a fan of credit, but am in need of a good gas card and prepaid credit card for my husbands moving business, something he can give to a job foreman so they can fill up the moving trucks with gas and pay for hotel rooms and food on long distance moves while minimizing the potential for fraud.

If anyone has a recommendation or resource to check out, please let me know! I trust your judgement more than any of the articles out there that I have read on the subject.

Can't prepaid gas cards be purchased directly in the gas stations?

King Soopers (Kroger), or probably any major grocery store, has a rather large kiosk containing quite a few different gift/prepaid cards. There are cards to specific gas stations, as well as Visa/Discover type prepaid credit cards. They have an activation fee of about 5%.

On that same topic, I noticed that the Home Depot and Amazon cards don't charge a fee. Going forward, I intend to purchase both of those cards, since my credit card will give me 3% cash back, as opposed to just 1% at the stores themselves.
