When I actually talked to them for 20 seconds yesterday, the dude that sounded in a far off island said that 'they' would call me the next day for anymore questions. (BOa) What more questions do you need people?!

I live about 5 seconds from that bank and came straight home. Caller ID didn't even show that it was BOA, but left a message with the exact extension to call and a different number to call them back with a real person's name. So I did 3 times before they closed and left a message to see what more they might need. Think they called me back today for whatever they didn't need? Nope! No returned calls and I don't care anyway, was just the point of how great BOH is personal with 'their' people. And how much the lady was raving about how wonderful their fraud department was.

Seriously, I don't get why people bank with them. Thank goodness I don't!!! Do yourself a favor and move to a local bank.

And yea, Zander might get my business.
