Income Levels for Ontario, Canada

Does anyone know what the low and medium income levels are for Ontario, Canada? Thanks.

This website has some links to charts from stats Canada. I don't know if I agree with the values in the charts though.

The reason I disagree with the levels is because according to the chart and the city I live in, we are below the poverty line. I don't feel like we are poor.
Also, when I was looking for a lawyer, I checked with the legal aid office, and I make 24,000 per year OVER what they consider their cutoff for legal aid. So if stats Can is saying I live in poverty, what is up with the legal aid cutoff?
Looking at the trend for the years that are in the chart, it does look like they go up every year, so I can only imagine they would be a few $1000 higher than they are right now.
