oh yeah, & no car payments!
    we bought my van outright!
Also will be buying Dh a used gas friendly car soon as DS will soon be driving ~ but he'll be driving DH's truck that is from 1999 which means he will be driving himself to school & back at 5:30 am & 4:30 pm instead of us doing it... I LOVE that!!! & since he will only be in our little bitty town rather than driving in one of the bigger towns.. yeah I feel better about that!

I have a job i like (been there for over 4 years) with really good benefits.

I have very little debt. Just one credit card with a low balance.

    Money in savings !

I am on track to have my credit cards paid back before my student loans go into repayment in January - little by little my snowball grows!

On top of that, I have a job I love with a secure future and good salary. I feel very blessed!

I am fortunate to be earning a good hourly rate while working on an 8 month project. I am using the $$ to pay down debt, build a stockpile, and prepare for any future unemployment.
