    good news the furnace is paid off. bad news I sent in payments that did not need to be sent. I have a credit balance and have to wait until the 27th for them to send a refund check.

    Way to go! Either way the payments gone and when they send the money back it's money you weren't expecting to have.

    yippeeeeeee and that money u overpaid can be used for savings, other debt or fun espicially since it already counted for money...congrats

    Hehe, you're so good you OVER paid- while kinf of a pain for you to wait for the refund, I think it's a far better scenario than under-paying and incruing more fees!
