How much longer to pay on your mortgage?
How much longer do you have to pay on your mortgage?
We purchased our home and paid cash for it so we don't have a mortgage, thank goodness.
You?

We have a little less than 3 years on our house/land in town, and 11 years on our house in the country.
Right now our interest rates on the houses is less than our other debts, so we just pay the minimums on them and throw all our extra $$$ at the higher interest ones.

We paid off our mortgage early, by making double payments when we could.

15 years. I hope we can pay it off sooner than that. I do apply more to the monthly payment than I am suppose to. I hope this cuts off a few years.

29 more years...whooooooo-hoooooooo! Actually, with the refinancing, our payments are lower, and we got some cash back so we can make some improvements and hopefully sell before 29 years and make a nice little profit.

Our 15yr. mortgage was paid off in 10yrs.
Anytime we had some extra $$ it went towards the paying down the principal.
