    Default Our offer was accepted today!!

    I found out that the offer we put in this morning for the house down the street was accepted. I was so excited!!!! But in all the excitement I totally forgot about now having to wait for the VA appraisal. I'm nervous about that so please keep us in your thoughts and prayers! TIA!! From what I hear the VA appraisals are tough and they are really strict. We would love to get this house.

    Congrads on them accepting the offer. They are really strict, my parents got their house through them years ago. They add things that they decide need fixed to the amount to your loan. Its been several years ago so maybe things have changed. I'm sure it will go well for you though....good luck again on getting the offer...here's hoping you get to move in soon!
