Thumbs down Even though you have a plan, stick to it, working really hard, sometimes.....

the universe pulls in the opposite direction. We've worked really hard to snowball the debt, paying off all but one car, which will be paid off in 2 months. BUT dd was in an auto accident over last weekend (noone was hurt thank goodness!), followed by another accident when the city cop asked her to see if her car was driveable, 5 minutes after the 1st wreck. THEN failed to hold up traffic while she tried to move it, couldn't control it and had another wreck! Looks like the car is totalled if not completely very nearly. We did still have full coverage on it, thankfully. So, we'll be shopping for another car in a bit. We do have an extra pickup that we're taking to her to drive for now, so we won't be renting a car. It's just so discouraging. Her car was such a nice little car, in such good shape and it was completely PAID for..........Oh, did I mention that she got a ticket for the 2nd wreck? Does that seem fair to anyone?

She shouldn't have got a ticket for the 2nd wreck, in my opinion. The cop asked her to drive it. I would definitely look into that.

But, I do know what you mean. It's always something. I get really discouraged sometimes, because everything will be able to work out just right, but then something comes up and destroys it. But, I guess we just have to keep on keeping on.

I guess the officer figured it was a good chance to get in his monthly quota.

Glad to hear no one got hurt.
