......I fell off the wagon and went to Walmart

I had to get up there are get DD's bday party scheduled at the bear making place. Of course, I couldn't get out of there with nothing could I? I guess on the upside I put back a lot of stuff - including 8 shirts for my DDs that were on sale for $3 each. They really didn't need them. I avoided buying myself any clothes, even though there were some awesome buys.

I did need the area rugs I got, and I needed some more yarn. But I just was doing so good in not even going to WM! UGH!

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and climb back up on the frugal horse and RIDE girl! We all fall off from time to time, but the smart ones get up, get determined and try again.

We all do this-- I managed to talk myself out of going to Walmart last night. We needed TP, so I convinced dh to stop at Walgreen's instead. I still hit the clearance bins and got stuff though (good deals, and all will be used at some point--- but probably could have survived without them)

Cheryl, So, this time, you made it 7 days without hitting Walmart. Next time you'll make it 8. Then 9, and so on and so on, etc. Baby friends, my friend...baby steps.
